Member with Carsoft 7.4 or similar diagnostic tool in Orlando?
Does anybody who lives in Orlando have Carsoft or a similar diagnostic tool? I need to clear a stored transmission code from the TCM in order to prevent it from going back into (soft)mechanical limp mode. I'm not referring to the basic handheld scanner that clears generic codes. This task requires a tool to be hooked up to the 38 pin module under the hood. I have to drive out of town Jan. 14,2013. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
P.S. Conductor plate, fluid, filter and leaking connector were all changed. Last edited by amani356; 01-07-2013 at 01:29 PM. |

however, you do need a computer with a true pcmia 9 pin card already in it.... ...that typically is an older computer.... i am trying to track down a computer...

There is a member at MBWorld.org whose screen name is Plutoe. He has what you need but not sure if he's close to you or not.
