Help! Torque specs and sequence of Camshaft (tower) bolts for 190e 2.3-16

Hi, Just finishing a timing chain replacement for a 190e 2.3-16 and cannot find any information on the torque specs and sequence for the camshaft (towers) bolts. Can anyone help me on this?
