The Oxygen sensor's electrical connection is underneath the front passenger seat carpet insert. The wire routes through a hole in that side of the transmission tunnel. A grommet protects the wire and prevents water from entering the passenger compartment. Follow the wire to the Oxygen sensor that screws into the exhaust pipe. New Oxygen sensors typically have a light coating of Never Seize on the threads to aid future removal. Be sure to apply Never Seize if for some reason the threads are dry.

Most automotive stores sell the crow's foot adapter for removing and reinstalling the Oxygen sensor.

While changing the transmission mount, the wrench to loosen the top bolt was bumping into the cable by the O2 sensor in the exhaust. So you can definitely see it if you look by the trans mount.
