w210 ir option in w124

Hi all,

Is it possible to add the w202 view mirror infrared in a w124 with a ir option.
If it is possible what parts do i need to switch over to mine w124 from the w210.

I suspect implementing a CAN bus modification would be difficult even if you had access to the firmware.
