Engine Compression

Does anyone knows a good compression range for a 1989 190E 2.6 engine? I have been searching the forum with no luck.

Apparently this question is TOO technical. Try asking about changing the oil in the OVP with a 50/50 mixture of Red Line Synthetic and Mercedes anti-freeze with a Topsider on a cold engine. We can help you with that. :D :D :D :D :D Come'on guys, somebody with a manual help Eric out!!

This probably won't help you a bit but I have a 1975 450 sl, and was told that good compression is 160 pounds +/- 10. If nothing else, it'll bump your question back up to the top!

I don't have my manual with me, but I'm prettu sure that your question has been answered before.

Try using the search feature of this forum.
