Oil Tubes ????

I took it to the dealer to have it checked out before I go replacing things left and right and not get anywhere.

He said I needed my OIL TUBES replaced, all 16 of them. $1200.

What do you experts have to say? And what are the oil tubes?

Are they available from FastLane?

Is he just telling me to replace stuff that I don’t need?

Can I replace my self?

The problem is low oil pressure.

Please help

There are plastic tubes that connect the lifter bores to each other, this job takes about 5-6 hrs total & the plastic tubes list for $13. You also would need valve cover cover gaskets.
Part number for the tubes are 119-180-02-66.
The V/Cover gaskets are 119-010-13-30(L) & 119-010-14-30(R), list is $35. There is probably a few small hoses & other items that might run $50.
You add it up & see what the total should be!!

THIS would be for lifter noise!

Thanks

Thank You Sir.

I have talked to Phil and they are on the way, tubes and valve cover + gaskets.

But what other small hoses and little items I need?

On the intake manifold there are "breather" hoses & the rubber falls apart.
Also on both of the front cam bearings there is a plastic guide rail that might break when it is removed.
