Did a little more thinking on this, pop the door panels off, silicone the run channels and "optimol" the slide on the regulator guide. This used to fix the 202s for this.

You could be correct. Doesn't ring a bell with me though as far as a Benz monitoring current draw for pinch protection. They're big on Hall sensors.

My service advisor now tells me that the DCM is part of the motor they replaced. He says they're still talking to Mercedes Tech Assistance about what the problem (or solution) might be.
