There is a cable slack adjuster beneath the car forward of the differential a bit. There are also adjusters on each side under the rotor, accessed through a lug bolt hole. They adjust very similar to almost every drum brake setup on the road. Pretty much a threaded adjuster sets the un-applied distance between the shoes. That should be correct before adjusting the cable.

Ok thank you very much. I saw that hex head bolt protruding from the back of the spring mechanism that sqeezes the two brake cables. Didnt want to touch it before i had more info. So i take it clockwise will tighten. And as for the adjustment behind the rotor... do i just tighten till it stops?

In the wheel you tighten the adjuster until the wheel wont turn then back off just enough that it starts to turn again. Then adjust the cable, shoot for 5 to 7 clicks at the pedal.
