Walbro Fuel Pump - 190e Integrated Check Valve?
I got the Walbro fuel pump GCL602-1. The check valve that came off the car had a spring in it and looks like a check valve. The fitting that came with the Walbro is hollow and not a check valve. Does the Walbro have a internal check valve?

So I would need to use the original connector/check valve?

Somebody PMd me and gave me the answer for the above model number. Check valve not needed if you let the pumps spin up before starting the car. I didn't want to put the original check valve back on because it is longer and I was worried about mashing something inside the pump when screwing it in.

you'll be buying a bosch pretty soon. the walbros don't have the guts for a kjet car-replaced MANY over the years. good luck, chuck.
