2003 SL 500 opinions?
 

I am looking at 2003 SL500 with hartdtop. Havent been able to find a clk at a decent price but there is a few sl500's around for 15 to 25 k. Any ideas if this cars are too problematic, electronics that malfunction. etc. We are trying to decide between the older clk, older slk, and now the sl500 2003 vintage.
The sl is beautifull but I don't want a bunch of electronic problems.

I'd be more worried about hydraulics than electronics, specifically the ABC system. Repairs costing several thousand dollars are common.

Ok, thanks. Suspension hydraulics sounds like a PIA. I am thinking the slk myself less stuff that breaks down.
