96 E320: Loud Blower + Low Air Volume?

Could there be a hose disconnected under the dash somewhere? Sounds like it's blowing like hell, but there's not a lot of air coming out of the vents. Our old 85 would blow your wig off when on high.

Seems to work OK, heats/cools. Just loud and takes a long time to cool off interior.

Anyone else had this?

don't know. I'll check it.

This could effect it even if the carbon filter switch is off?

What was the last time the microfilters were replaced?? THey should be replaced every 15k-20k miles & more oftern in high dust OR pollen areas.
