While tighting a torx T40 bolt the torx head of wrench broke inside the torx head of the bolt. Do you have any advise how could I take it out?

I would try tapping on it in the direction opposite the direction you were turning it when it broke then put a magnet on it to see if it will come out.

You might try a slot head screwdriver that's just the right fit.

You could JBweld an old bolt to it and leave it overnight. It should come out.

In the worst case, you could mig weld something to it and pull it out (if you have access to a small mig welder).

I would:

1) drill a hole in the center of the broken Torx bit

2) drive a wood screw in the hole

3) add some WD40 or loosenut

3) pull the screw out

my 2 cents
