W126 560 engine mounts

OEM (Genuine Mercedes) $158 each. The rest, MUCH cheaper.

Anyone know the "secret" on this one? Clearly URO, Meyle and probably Febi are not the OEM manufacturer. How about Phoenix, Corteco or Lamfoerder?

Need to replace mine, again, and while I prefer OEM parts over any other, the price each is insane - even for a part that may last another 20 years.

The diesel W126 mounts are "only" $95 each. The picture looks about the same, I wonder if they are interchangeable?

At least when the mounts fail it just creates NVH, the engine can't fall out.

According to Auto-haus the 560 motor mount is a W123 part, which has been discussed here:

The 560 mounts do have a 123part number.

OE, Corteco, Lemforder and Phoenix are all good OEMs and ok to buy.

Word is around here that you highly recommend that I use only URO parts. I like this. URO clearly means it comes from EUROPE and EUROPE makes good stuff.
