w123 warm start problem

Hello everyone
1978 280ce california edition
Car hard to start after diving in warm weather
I have to floor it to get it started
Some black smoke from exhast after finally starts
Im thinking fuel acummlator by the pump?
Or wur?
Any idea.

i would start at the fuel accumulator. you can check it by removing the small vent line on the end of it and see if fuel come out of the vent hose while cranking car. if so the rubber diaphragm in the accumulator is bad. or you could check fuel pressure with engine off.
