1986 300SDL: 2 vac pods for foot wells?

I'm attempting to troubleshoot my 300SDL's lack of heat coming into both driver and passenger footwells. I managed to remove the CCU and I see one black oblong device with the #3 vacuum line running to it from the manifold on the right side of the center column. There is a lever coming out that I thought would control both the passenger and driver flaps but it appears it's only for the passenger side. If I slide the lever to the left I get heat in the passenger footwell only. I guess that pod is bad but more t/s is required with a Mityvac (gotta get one!). I do see a pink one for what appears to be the center vents but I can't see another one in there. Does anyone know if there's another vacuum pod someone for the driver's footwell or .....? Thanks.

The following place has replacement rubber internal diaphragms for those pods. You need to call them...
