rear windows

i have a e320 2002 benz both rear windows dont go up n down when car is running . but if i put the car keys on the on position the work

Sounds like a problem with the LCP (lower control panel) which is the fancy name for the window switch module. Either the module itself is faulty or something in the car is corrupting communication over the body CAN network. Need to connect an SDS and see what is and isn't talking on the network, and from there figure out why.
