timing on 89' 300E

Does any one know what the proper timing is on the 89 300e just check mine out since the car is giving me so much trouble and it is at 10 past the O/T is this normal ? if no is there anyway I can adjust the timing?

There are NO adjustments for the 300E. It is 100% computer controlled.
