Are these factory marks or has this 103 been rebuilt?

Thanks Doc! I think I'll leave it alone. 242,000 miles but it's clean and still has honemarks in the cylinders! Head has been reworked with all new valve guides, so as Al Bundy says, "Let's Rock"! ;)
