Fuel injector pump rear wires
 

I recently bought a 1987 Mercedes 300d Turbo, and I have been doing a lot of work to it. Today I was working on the a/c system and notice a connector hanging loose. I traced it back to the rear top of the injector pump. There are only two wires.
I cannot for the life of me figure out where the connector goes into. The number 0125450728 is stamped on top of the connector.
Any help would be appreciated.

if its stamped on top of the connector, thats probably just the connector part number. a picture would help.

I finally figured out where the cable hooked into. It was to the part directly behind the fuel injector pump. It appeared to be the throttle assembly.
