2002 c class 2.8 v6 any probelms

I'm planning to upgrade from my 83 300sd to a 202 c class with the 2.8 v6.wanting to know what problems they have.
also my 99 s320 needs motor what could I sell her for?

well have done research the C Class is junk.A pain to change plugs,and oil.
