Window Regulator Electric Motor

Do I need to grease the plastic gear when couples it to the Window Regulator?

The grease makes it better or worser? I am afraid the grease may have negative effect leading to gear mesh/slip problem.

A little grease is OK. You can also unscrew the motor (with the 'Brose'sticker) and pull out, grease it's worm gear and reinstall.

What grease should I use? I know it's plastic (nylon?) gear.
I think I used the wrong lubricant leading to this problem.
