Install Manual fuel pump in place of electronic controlled
Wondering if this is possible. I have a 1997 e300d that needs a new fuel pump. the older ones were manual, wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Mine is electronic...

Do you mean installing an OM603 fully mechanical injection pump on your OM606? Its been done before on engine swap but you're going to have a hard time keeping the 722.6 electronic transmission happy.
