Blower motor removal question

Please answer one of two questions. First, where (on the MB W124 discs) do I find operation number 83-040 which covers the removal of the air dam or grill which must be done before removing the windshield wiper motor so that I can remove the blower motor? Or, second, how do I remove that grill? Thanks.

Thanks for the information so far; any guess as to why section 83 material is not on the MB CD's? I have the real ones and they have been invaluable. But now, they seem to have simply missed a section.
