W211 ('07 E350) cabin air filter. THE TWO INSIDE THE CAR

I am trying to figure out if my US 2007 E350 even has charcoal passenger compartment air filters INSIDE the car. I am aware of the passenger air filter under the hood.

Apparently some W211's had the passenger compartment filter under the hood AND two inside the passenger compartment under the panel under the glove box.

(Sometimes Mercedes-Benz makes me crazy).

I took the panel off under the glove box and did not find any compartment with "slide clips" that can be moved/removed to expose air filters.

Anyone know which year W211's had THREE passenger compartment air filters?

Thank you!

Bummer I already bought the filters. But am kinda happy it doesn't use them.

Seems like overkill to have three filters.

Well, my W210 has four -- a pair of intake air filters for the cabin and a pair of act. carbon for recirculation.
You can post in the ForSale sections on the MB websites. They should go pretty fast.

I'm going to revive this thread. Where inside the cabin are these two filters? I can't find them! Internet/Forum searches aren't helping too much.

Thanks

My 99 E300 W210 still in the family has the charcoal filters too.
It'd be helpful to learn their change out tutorial as well.
