Question 190e 2.6 Sputters when hard on acceleration. (1990)

Hello everybody,
i know this issue has been mentioned multiple times but i couldnt find anything that satisfies me.
As the title suggests i have an issue of sputtering and hesitation while accelerating harder than usual. if i give gas gradually no problem but it seems like it has a sweet spot. after that spot it sputters vibrates, does not want to go, thinks about it and then kicks in and goes. i dont know if that made sense but this is the best i can explain. i also want to mention what did i do on the car since i bought it from the PO and to adress this issue. also there is a slight miss i can feel time to time on idle. and dash lights flicker a bit when idle. so here is what i did to the car:

-changed voltage regulator with hella brand (old one was barely making contact).
-changed MAS relay (it had an intermittent not, hard starting issue. it seems to be solved it. it starts but it takes 2 shots to start now. it might related to this issue too. when i first turn the key it gives a healty vroom but dies after. second go and it starts after turning 3 times with little sputter)
-changed OVP just to be on the safe side.
-changed airfilter and cleaned the area as best as i can.
-changed spark plugs and wires with original ones
-dist cap, rotor and fuel filter has been changed by the previous owner (receipt provided to me)

these are the stuff that had done to the car lately. i have been dealing with this issue since i bought it. it doesnt really bothers me but i want it to be perfect you know. also the vac lines goes to the EGR valve are broken but plugged. the one vac line coming all the way from right side to the left side to egr selenoid one was not plugged and i havent touched it yet. And finally funny enough when i take the passenger side carpet off trying to reach to the O2 sensor plug the 2 white wires were taped and was not going to the sensor at all. i bought a new one and soldered the leads but havent put it yet. (exhasut needs some work and after that i can put it in.) but what i understand from other posts especially the sputtering doesnt have anything to do with the sputtering but not sure. sorry it was a long post but i wanted to give as much info as possible. i love this car (even more than my s500) and want it to be runnign good. i will include the codes that i had gotten from the car as soon as possible. i have a suspicion of coil going bad or the eha but eha seems ok and removing its connector makes a difference so i think its ok not leaking or anything.
thank you very much and again sorry for the huge post.

my problem was like that, but mine was a timing problem, with spark. My car is newer and the crank posistion wire was loose.Perhaps you have a loose connection,or ground.

I have checked the cps wires they looked fine. Also my timing is a bit off too. I couldnt reach to the cps itself on the back of the engine. Could it be an issue with coil? I changed plugs and wires but no difference. As i said i dont have think it is a fuel delivery issue. But i am keeping that in mind too but since there was and is a misfire feeling i feel it will be some electrical thing. Also as it takes two times to start i think it could be related with cpsbut how do i reach it? Do i have to remove the intake? Any easyway?
