pw go down...not back up

Hi,

My 300D has 3 power windows that work perfectly ok...the problem is that the one on the driver's side will go down ok, but the only way to get it back up is to click "down" first, then click "up". Sometimes this will not work until repeating many times. The switch is ok. Are there some sort of limit switches that are in the door that think the window is already up?

any help would be great :-)
