Stalling problems on my 420 SEL
I have seen a number of threads dealing with this issue on the W-126's, in my case I tried to jumper the FPR in holes #7 & #8 and it wouldn't start it just made a noise at the rear fuel pump, however when I reinserted the FPR it started right up and I drove it about a mile or so before it stalled out on me. I started it back up again and headed back home where it once again stalled out coming up the driveway. The problem does not seem to be with the Fuel Pump Relay, is it likely with the fuel pump or fuel filter at the rear of the vehicle??? Thanks for any input.

I would replace the relay first.
