M116 Hesitation/Stuttering

Hey everyone,

Our 420SEL sometimes will stutter off the line when you give it gas. Its been doing this for sometime even with new ignition components. Its idling perfectly where it should at 650 or so. I was wondering if this might be a fuel accumulator issue?

I know that part of the accumulator's job is to dampen the fuel pumps and make them run quietly. These are pretty loud.

I think part of its job might be related to that stuttering too. not sure.

Any thoughts?

Stuttering is usually a mixture adjustment issue...mine does it too for just under a second when cold if I mash the throttle too much. Once its been running 3-5 mins the issue goes away.

Hmm that sounds about what our is doing too. I'll have to check the duty cycle at the x11
