SRS Light on

Hello out there! I have a 2004 320 CLK and the "SRS system warning. Check with technician" Came up on the center display. Does anyone know what this is and what am I looking at as far as a repair? Does this mean my Air-Bags need to be replaced?
Thanks

Seat sensor is a possibility but I'm going with one of the airbag ignition squibs having high resistance or an open circuit
