Where do the stands go?
I'm having the wheels on my '87 300e re-finished. Where do
I put the jack stands when all 4 wheels will be off the car? I want to use my floor jack, but by doing this, I place the jack under the rubber lift points to lift. Should the jack stands be placed under these lift points? I can't see any other place to put them. If they do need to go on these rubber lift points, then will using the factory jack allow a stand to fit?....any help would be great... |
