CLK W208 water pump type

Hello,
I have noticed that the water pump on my 2002 CLK 430 (W208) 113,000 miles is starting to drip. I know is about the time for it to fail, but when I got the car, it came with the green stuff in the radiator - probably helped to kill the pump faster. I'm planing to flush it again and use the Zerex G05 after changing the water pump (I'm not so sure about the new MB blue formula).

BUT:
I was going to place an order for a water pump, but there seem to be two different types available:

one has two outlets: 1122001501
and one is offered with 3 outlets:1122001401 (maybe for an oil cooler???).
Since I'm out of town, I can't check my car and I didn't take any Mercedes software with me...
Could anybody PLS cross reference for my VIN: WDBLJ70G72F199742?

Thank you!

I would like to keep the car for a while and I do not wish to open a can of worms here... However, I was wondering if any one has an bad experience with a particular brand of a water pump.
I have used Graf before and seems to be working OK.
Who is the OEM manufacturer: Hepu or Laso or some other company?

These are the only three brands i could find that offer a fully metal water ump for this car.Any particular from these manufacturer I should stear away?

Thank you for your help and advice.
M#.

majooo, recommend buying a reconditioned water pump from your local MB dealer. With the VIN the Parts Department will be able to get an exact match for your existing water pump. You need to exchange the old water pump to avoid paying a "core charge".
