W124 1990 300E rear deck removal?
 

I've searched, but haven't found the info on how to properly remove the rear deck to refurbish it.

I've got the rear seat bottom and back out. What's next?

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has removed the rear deck as well. I'm thinking low profile subwoofer in place of the medkit..

Speaker covers are tricky mine were very fragile, I think their is an access hole in the trunk for undoing a latch with a flat head screw driver.

Not sure how to remove the headrests or the upholstery pieces that cover the side pillars.
