This has been resolved. Problem was that I added a relay to the relay panel (black box outside the fuse panel) and I had to disconnect everything under there. When I went to put everything back together, there is an 87a 20amp and an 87 30amp, one is closed and one is open and I accidentally connected the wire to the wrong one so when the engine was off and the door was closed I had functionality. When the engine was on and the door was closed I had no power, so I would have to open the door with the car on to at least get power to the seats.
