1994 e320 starts then stalls after 8 seconds unless I give it gas
 

So ive used this site many a times to fix my car, but this issue with the stalling I could not find a fix anywhere tried egr tube snake, checked for vaccume leaks, changed map sensor, changed egr valve no luck....so I gave up not even two weeks at the mechanic , they had no clue.... so one day my fuel pumps stop working.. im in NJ and it has been raining alot and snow...anyway I checked for voltage and getting none at the pumps , so I lift my carpets front and back to find water pooling around near the wires....this water came from dirty clogged drain tubes they run to the bottem of the car near each wheel like a big black nipple .so I pushed my finger in the nipple and water starts pouring out fast. So be sure time and time to wash these because they can gunk up and cause alot of problems.......like my car it totally corroded the O2 sensor harness and it also caused a short in the fuel pump connector blowing the fuse on the Fp relay under the hood. Not to mention soaking the foam bottem of the carpets......Before I discovered the water I tried changing the overvoltage protection relay and result of that was no more stalling!!!
