off center wheel

My right front wheel has about a 1/2" wobble. The wheel is true and the brakes do not act like a warped rotor. I can tell the wheel is off when I look at it next to the tie-rod socket. I feel a vibration at 40 and 60 mph. Any thoughts????

It doesn't seem your wheel is true if you can see the wobble by the tie-rod .... but if it is then possibly your tire is simply not mounted correctly on the wheel.

Speaking of wheels are they Mercedes wheels? meant for your car? Are you sure? You could also try loosening the lugnuts and retightening evenly all around. Check their torque as well.
