ignition buzzer keeps turning on
 

HI all
i replaced my ignition on my 126 380se this weekend and now the buzzer comes on every couple of minutes, i could not get the buzzer switch off my old ignition, my tumbler/ignition was messed up so i could not get the key position right to release the pin on the buzzer, so i put it all back together without the buzzer switch, so why does it still buzz? how do i kill the buzz sound?
