Injector adaptor
 

Picked up a VW gas injector pressure/spray cleaner.

Any suggestions on where I can get the VW IP outlet thread to match the male end of a 300E injector line ?

The unit has a male thread which mates to the VW IP side of a VW injector fuel line.

I believe the 300E is a 12mm. Dont know what size the VW is.

No one wants to guess which is a good thing.
Calipers saved the day which I should have used to begin with.

300E Fuel Distributor side is 12mm or .474"
VW IP side of the line is 19mm or .746"

For the purists, 12mm = .4724 and 19mm = .7480

there is a dedicated adapter from bosch. the original kjet injectors fit the tester, the ke-jet injectors have a finer thread. good luck, chuck.

Ive tried all the box auto stores but no luck.

Did at least confirm the threads to be 14mm for the VW IP side
and 10mm for the MB fuel tube. Looking Id say both treads are coarse

Ya just have to figure out what to look for.

A 10mm coupler and its done.

And with a lathe here.. would have taken longer to chuck things up that to make one.

Not having a lathe or mill here, the real solution was 'store bought'

Nicely this will let me use the tester/cleaner on many different injectors.
