05 E320 211 model does not have ground strap?

Should the listed model have a ground strap between the engine and chassis? WIS shows it as not being an option and my wagon does not have one.

Maybe its integrated into a harness rather than being attached on its own? The engine has to be grounded somehow or it would neither start nor function.
