85' 190E automatic tranny
 

I have a hard/slow/quick shifting problem with my tranny. It always shifts hard, sometimes it will shift into a higher gear when Im still trying to pull out in traffic, and sometime it will not shift unless I lift on the gas pedal to keep it out of redline. fluid level is normal and recently changed tranny filter but the problem continues. Any advice?
