Both of my rear doors seem to be sticking. The problem started on the driver's side and has quickly moved to the passenger side. Both door will open partially with no problem, but then refuse to open all the way, especially on cold days. How do I fix this problem? I believe that this is going to require me to remove the inside door panels, but I don't want to damage them in the process. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You need to replace the door check mechanism. You are right; you will need to remove the inner panels. To do so, remove the outer cover on the inner door release handle, then slide it forward and disconnect the rod. Remove the lock knob and entry light. Pull up on the door panel and it should come off.
