door window problem on '00 slk230

00 slk230 passenger door window goes down 1/2 inch stops.also goes back up but nothing else.did the synch thing(2 seconds on both windows in closed position)nothing happened.any ideas?

Pop the door panel off and have a look. Maybe the upper glass stop is jamming things up.
