Question relay keeps blowing

guys i have a 92 400se and another problem im haveing is my auxilary fan relay keeps blowing every time i put one in.......what mite be the problem.....thanks

I suspect the fan is drawing too much current. Its possible the motor has failed electrically or mechanically is unable to turn at full RPM such as a bad bearing. Of course I am assuming that the relay is burning up from an overcurrent condition. You description of the relay blowing is not detailed enuf to draw any firm conclusions.
