Tele aid SOS visit workshop message
 

I have a W210 wagon with out a telephone and at 175000 miles I started getting the symptom that the SOS would attempt a call and mute the radio. This really annoys my 16 Year old who recently inherited this vehicle from me.
Nothing I can do stops it it just starts on its own and finally comes back with a message call failed and I get visit workshop message
Where I don't have a phone and this was an analog system I'm hoping someone can tell me how to disable this function to stop this error
