This morning our E300 is showing the dreaded "bad glow plug" disease symptom. Initial rough running and some cold start smoke.

Car ran okay once warmed to operating temp, and showed no further signs of trouble.

Will be visiting the dealer ASAP. Glad we have the Signature Warranty!

S'up with these units? When they replace the glow plugs, do they use an updated design, or do we have to live with replacing glow plugs every 4-5 years?
