W124 how to set Belt Tensioner Pointer?

I am replacing my belt tensioner as it has failed.

I cannot figure out from the factory manual at what point you move the yellow plastic pointer that rotates and tells you when to stop tightening the 13mm rod?

I belive you can rotate it once it's mounted but at what point do you move it to the "loose" mark on the assembly?
When the main 19mm bolt is torqued? When the bolt is completely loose?

Can someone confirm? I don't want to overtighten it.
Thanks

To my recollection, you will need to set/move the pointer to the sharpest part (right mark) of the triangle marker. Then, you will need to tighten the 13mm nut until the pointer moves to the widest part (left mark) of the triangle marker. Last, tighten the 19mm nut after you have set the pointer to the correct mark. Hope this helps!
