replacing bulbs in dash..........
 

Has anyone had any experience in replacing
the bulbs in the ventilation adjustment thumbwheel. The bulb went out and the dealer replaced it. I could not figure out whether or not the little wood strip had to come off, thats right above the glove box.

l have the same problem as the one above plus my speedometer back lite on the right half seems to have conked out...any suggestions if this is an easy job or a major pain...l can live with it if replacing the bulb is a manhour intensive effort.
