messed up brake fluid change - help

i was just about done on the last wheel using my Ace hardware pressure bleeder when i ran out of fluid. i use Castrol LMA and i thought i had a small bottle laying around and grabbed one that looked like it. i topped up the reservoir with the stuff but then when i was cleaning up i saw that the little bottle was a Dot 3 fluid. i had not driven the car yet so i sucked out most of the fluid in the reservoir and poured the correct bottle in. i had been doing other stuff and was a little bit distracted i guess. now, i'm worried about the Dot 3 stuff that may still be in the system. i think that other bottle may have been from the PO - the fluid was pretty dark in the reservoir (dissolved rubber?). do i have to do everything over?

dont worry about it. it is not going to disolve any thing. if you are really concerned you can pressure bleed the brake lines with some good fluid and then dispose of it (kinda a waste though).
good luck

Dot 4 has a higher boiling point than Dot 3.

Summer's just about here.
