Seems like a good price to me. I waited until it was delivered to mention it. PN 126 887 00 79 Sticker the size of the spring has zillions of numbers all over it and "made in Germany" From E c k ler's who is apparently closing them out from a list price of $229.99 and claims Mercedes® OEM Hood Spring, 126 Chassis, 1981-1991 which I have no reason to doubt. Came with over packaging of various dates back to at least June 2015 and from Mercedes benz of melbourne. I was looking for a used one, but at this price :) Not sure if it OK to link their listing, so PM or have a mod say it is OK.
