Although your '85 ICM is different than my '93, the Crankshaft Position Sensor is the small cable connected on the right side in the attached photo.

For reference, my CPS reads 814 ohms cold, and 900 ohms hot.

While cranking the engine my CPS reads .842 volts ac cold, and .986 volts ac hot.

On another note, you state that you are not getting spark. Are your spark plugs wet with fuel after attempting to start the car?

This as been checked, and no voltage from the coil king wire .

Can you check all fuses if you have not done this .Also the over voltage relay its by the fuel pump relay behind battery at the rear of plastic cover. The ovp will have a fuse or fuses on the top .This will make a lot of problems if its not working. Also your coil should have a yellow type plate on the side if its for your car .A six cylinder coil is no good on your engine. I have all the info on my computer on checking all the electrical items with values .But i am not able to pass it on for some reason. Its startek info .com if some one else can help you it would be a big help.

This is your ovp relay if you remove it and it makes a noise as you shake it that to is shot ,But can be repaired if your careful .

You can rule out the cps if these readings are showing.

The spark plugs are not wet with gas when you crank the engine checking for spark?

I certainly hope you checked your ICV vacuum hoses, especially the bottom one that connects to the intake boot.
