Looking for cables for 2009 E350 Panorama roof; they are slipping and will not open nor close but make spinning sound when engaged. Must replace cables winding cables for sliding glass roof and shade. Pls let me know where Ican get the cables. Thanks.

check the motor first, usually the motor warps and the gear on the motor no longer makes enough contact with rails causing the grinding noise. 9 times out of 10 a new motor will resolve problem.
